Portfolio Maintains Strong Occupancy Through Q1

All five Southern California communities maintained occupancy well above market averages through the first quarter of 2026. Consistent demand across San Diego, Orange County, and the San Gabriel Valley reflects the strength of our locations and the quality of our on-site management teams.

Spring leasing season is off to a strong start, with healthy traffic and application volume across the portfolio. Our renovated units continue to lease quickly, often within days of becoming available.

We attribute this performance to a combination of desirable locations, responsive management, and a renovation program that keeps our communities competitive with newer product in their respective submarkets.
