Our Commitment
Real Asset Management Inc. is committed to ensuring that this website is accessible to people with disabilities. We believe that access to information about our properties and services should be available to everyone, regardless of ability or the technology they use to browse the web.
Accessibility Standard
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. These guidelines, developed by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C), provide a framework for making web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, physical, speech, cognitive, and neurological disabilities.
Ongoing Efforts
Accessibility is an ongoing effort. Measures we have taken or are actively working toward include:
Providing descriptive alt text for all meaningful images throughout the site
Ensuring sufficient color contrast between text and backgrounds to meet WCAG AA requirements
Maintaining logical heading structure and semantic HTML to support screen readers
Providing keyboard navigation support and visible focus indicators throughout the site
Including a skip-to-content link at the top of each page for keyboard and screen reader users
Ensuring form fields are properly labeled and error messages are clearly communicated
Designing layouts that are responsive and usable across a wide range of devices and screen sizes
Known Limitations
While we strive for full accessibility, some areas of the Site may not yet fully conform to WCAG 2.1 Level AA. Third-party content and embedded tools, such as our resident portal powered by AppFolio, are governed by their own accessibility standards and are not directly within our control. We encourage you to review AppFolio's accessibility resources if you encounter barriers in the resident portal.
Report an Accessibility Issue
We welcome your feedback. If you encounter an accessibility barrier on this website, please let us know so we can address it. When reporting an issue, it is helpful to include:
The URL or page where you encountered the issue
A description of the problem and what you were trying to do
The browser, operating system, and assistive technology you were using (if known)
We will respond to accessibility inquiries within 5 business days and will work to resolve confirmed barriers in a reasonable timeframe.
Alternative Access
If you are unable to access information on this website due to a disability, please contact us by phone or email and we will be happy to provide the information you need in an alternative format.
